Achel 8 Blond
The Achel 8 Blond is a beer of high fermentation that re-ferments in the bottle. In common with the Achel 8 Bruin, the main fermentation is done with a yeast supplied by the Van Steenberghe brewery. A dried yeast is then used for the in-bottle re-fermentation.
The Orval Trappist brewery makes only one beer for the general public. It has an intensely aromatic and dry character. Between the first and second fermentations there is also an additional process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced hoppy aroma and extra dry taste.
Rochefort 10 (11,3%)
The top product from the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin and black currant palate and other complexities.

La Trappe Tripel is a classic Trappist ale with a powerful and full taste. In addition, the ale has a candy-sweet and light-malty character. Aftertaste: Bitter and slightly dry.
La Trappe Quadruple (10%)
La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest ale of La Trappe Trappist ales and is eponymous of this ale style. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel.
Chimay Blue Cap is a dark beer with a powerful aroma whose complex flavour improves as the years go by.
Chimay Rouge (6%)
Chimay Rouge is a beautiful amber beer. Brewed by Cistercian monks of the Abbey of Scourmont is a Trappist beer. This means among other things that it is produced inside the same monastery by the monks themselves.
