Chocolate Lava Cakes
This month, the beer that ends up in our kitchen is the delicious full bodied Malheur 12. This bittersweet and heart warming beer, with its subtle nut-like and dark malts flavours, calls for a chocolate bomb dessert ! We’ve chosen mini molten chocolate cakes, a dessert that never lets you down.
- 150 g dark chocolate, in pieces
- 80 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 4 eggs
- 12 extra pieces of dark chocolate
6 greased cups or bowls - an oven - a whisk.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Melt the chocolate and butter cubes “au bain marie”. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Beat the eggs and sugar until into one white mass. Add the flour. And while stirring, add the chocolate mixture. Fill the cups halfway with the chocolate mixture. Put an extra piece of chocolate in every cup and refill with the chocolate mixture. Bake for 10 min in the oven. Serve immediately.
